Workspace list in the Workspace Switcher dropdown should auto-update when a new workspace is created

When a new workspace is created, the updated list does not appear automatically in the Workspace Switcher dropdown. Users currently need to manually reload the page to view the new workspace, so the list should refresh dynamically to reflect updates in real time.
